This is a small hotel which is friendly and comfortable and which offers dining towards the higher end of the range. Our party greatly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great break. Enjoyed driving around the countryside and a good evening meal at the end of the day. A drink in the lounge before dinner was relaxing and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and the room was quiet.

A small, dedicated staff get everything right. This is evident as soon as you walk in. Welcoming fires, magnificent views, tasteful and comfortable decor envelope you. The rooms are warm and charming, the food is, frankly, superb and the ambience of this hotel is utterly charming. Plentiful hot water, fluffy towels, peace and quiet, fine ales and whiskies......I could go on and on. This hotel is so good because the staff really care about what they are doing. Thank you for memorable days.

I brought my mother to Pitlochry for an overnight stay and a matinee performance of Kiss Me Kate at the Festival Theatre. I picked this Hotel because of the great reviews on Trip Adviser and we were not disappointed. The evening meal was wonderful.The room was large spotless with a luxury bathroom and an amazing view. We had a great nights sleep and came down in the morning to an extravegant breakfast. All in all faultless and I am happy to recommend to anybody who appreciates quality.

 

"Quality, quality, quality!"
We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary. The 4-Poster room that we booked was spaceous, clean and very comfortable. Staff were great - very well trained but friendly and helpful. Meals were superb - a varied menu of quality ingredients and excellent flavours and presention. We would come back just for the food!

We arrived in the afternoon and the receptionist kindly gave us some suggestions for a walk which we thoroughly enjoyed. In the evening we were served some drinkks n the lounge along with canapes and then we enjoyed a lovely dinner with excellent service. We then sat in the lounge again with coffee. In the morning we had an excellent breakfast and then checked out to get on our way to Aberdeen.

Very enjoyable 2 night stay. All staff we had contact with were friendly attentive and efficient. The overall feel of the hotel was homely and welcoming. All areas were spotlessly clean and attractive. The menu and presentation of our meals was exceptional. Very useful links with Pitlochry Festival Theatre.

 

"This hotel is a real find, top class standard at a great price."
The hotel had magnicifant views and the bedrooms (we had two in our group) were beautifully furnished including the bathrooms which which were bang up to date. Having a balcony in the room was a real treat, we were able to sit out and enjoy the views, spectacular! The whole hotel is so well furnished, a modern twist on Scottish theme, everything seemed to be very well thought through. Dinner and breakfast were also excellent often a downfall in a small hotel, but not here! A gem of a place.
