TRAVELLING HERE
Our nearest airport is Edinburgh, which is approximately 1 hour south by road.
Pitlochry can be reached by car, bus or train. It is just off the main A9 trunk road through Scotland and is a mainline stop on the Citylink and Megabus routes. Pitlochry also has a railway station in the town centre.
The Knockendarroch House Hotel is only a 4 - 5 minute walk from the town centre, but a taxi (costing 4.00) can be arranged to help with luggage etc.
Parking is available at the Hotel and is free.
DOMESTICS
You can check into the Hotel from 2pm onwards

DINNER
The Dress code for dinner is smart-casual. Our Dinner menu includes 3 courses and choices on the menu change daily. We offer pre-theatre dining from 5.30 pm throughout the main theatre season. We can accommodate special dietary requests with a little notice and vegetarian options are always included on the menu. We pride ourselves on sourcing the best quality local and seasonal produce where possible and complement this with a choice of fine wine from our cellars.
After dinner, we serve an array of malt whiskies and fine liqueurs in our lounge where you can relax and enjoy the stunning Highland scenery in front of a roaring log fire.

Pitlochry has an array of small shops on its main street, but for children there are also playparks, amusement
centres and a boating lake. Knockendarroch House welcomes children aged 10 years or over, and in the interest of all we have a strict child policy.
