Our most exciting development yet! Larch House sits just 30m to the south east of the main hotel. Built as a home in 2017, Larch House is of timber construction and has all the environmental and design credentials you would expect of a modern building. The house is now undergoing a major transformation to create three lovely garden rooms and a very large suite.
The Garden Rooms are bright and airy and are decorated and furnished in a neutral palate. Laminated birchply, leather and wool. What's not to love? Underfloor heating and superb insulation makes for a comfortable and stable ambient temperature whatever the weather. Each bedroom has a patio door accessing a small private garden enclosed by larch cladding and bright green laurel hedging. Perfect for enjoying our perfect Perthshire weather (!?). King sized beds in all rooms and the en-suites are all shower over bath. Nespresso machines. robes and slippers.
PLEASE NOTE - The entrance to the Garden Rooms is 60m from the front door of the main hotel. There are two flights of steps (20 and 16) on the way. Luggage can be dropped off in the lower car park just 16 steps above the entrance to Larch House.
