The modern extension which was added to the East gable of the house in 1996 has been converted into two rather splendid Suites. At 45 square meters each, these are our biggest and best rooms in the Main House. There are spectacular views across Pitlochry to the hills of Highland Perthshire from seven south facing windows. The Suites feature walk-in showers as well as baths and one of the rooms has ground floor access.
Other features of interest include original art, a nespresso machine, a 50 inch and a 40 inch smart television, a silent drinks cooler, velour bath robes, a table and chairs in the window (perfect for breakfast), binoculars to make the most of the views and of course the separate lounge area with both a sofa and occasional chair.
We do not have any family rooms at Knockendarroch and only accept bookings from families with children aged 10 years and over. Please note that we can only accommodate a maximum of two people per room.
Due to the compact nature of our restaurant and kitchen the maximum number of guests we can accommodate in a group, is eight.
Why not add one of our little extras at the time of booking. Choose from flowers, prosecco, or Moet champagne.

Bright and airy, these rooms are located across all three floors of the hotel. All have been recently updated.
Of a similar size to our Classic rooms, these rooms are situated on the top floor with the best panoramic views.
Our most exciting development yet! Larch House sits just 30m to the south east of the main hotel.
All on the first floor, these rooms are the original principal bedrooms at Knockendarroch.
